"You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great."
Step 3: CrossFit Fundamentals - The CrossFit training methodology is unlike any other.
We incorporate various tools to help our members reach their fitness goals, from nutrition counseling to expert coaching on complex movements. Our program is comprised of Olympic weightlifting, power lifting, kettlebell training, basic gymnastics movements, and metabolic conditioning. The Fundamentals Course is designed to expose the newest members of our community to our fundamental movements in a small group setting. Our coaches will provide instruction and progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group class sessions. The Fundamentals Course consists of (3) 60 minute training sessions. We are currently running these classes individually or in a small group setting. These classes are scheduled on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights at 6:30pm.
Our goal is not to sell 500 memberships and hope that people don’t come, this is not how CrossFit works. We will cap our membership and focus on the members and making them more fit. Our goal is to provide you with a great fitness experience and help you reach goals that were once thought unattainable. If you are coming from a sedentary background or come to us nursing some injuries and limitations, this will by no means affect your ability to CrossFit. CrossFit Fundamentals is universally scalable to all fitness levels and is the most effective way to achieve your individual fitness goals and gain mastery of our foundational movements. The coaches will tailor the pace of instruction and the rigor of your sessions specifically to your fitness capacity, goals and preferences.
The Fundamentals Courses are a requirement for all new members and there is no additional charge for these classes. Once you complete all 3 classes you are all set to join the regularly scheduled group classes!
